Built to the highest of specifications this holiday let is ideal for groups of 5 or less, however a spare double bed is available in the sitting room. -Sleeps 5 people /ideal for family with children -90 qm2 in total (without patios) -3 rooms (saloon with possibility to sleep, sleeping room 1 with bunk bed and extra bed, bedroom 2 with double bed) -Big kitchen - Modern Bathroom -2 individual patios facing the garden: one in front of saloon and one in front of the sleeping room 1. -Big garden (4000 m2) with barbecue area, chirinquito and sun loungers -Washing machine, air condition, Satellite TV, DVD player, DVD library, music system -Towels and bedding provided -5-10 minutes by car to the beach (Bolonia /Valedvaqueros) -Horse riding facility 5 min by foot -Excellent location for people interested in bird watching & nature. -Rock-climbing area just behind the house. 600 bolted routes. -Spectacular panoramic views -Restaurant in5 min walking distance -We have Animals living on the land (chickens, very friendly dogs and sometimes a horse) - Owner lives on the same plot and can give advice and recommendations about the surrounding areas. (speak German, Spanish & English) various PHOTOSof the external views of the house and surrounding Andulucian parkland.
